The Todd Flair and Thumb Bobbin Holder, used for a variety of applications but most importantly fly tying. The round brass disc in the middle of the Thumb Bobbin, makes it easier to hold the bobbin while wrapping the thread on to the fly.
The tube flairs at both ends on both models to help not damage the thread while working.
The Flair Bobbin Holder has ceramic inserts for smooth running of your threads.
