Available in 3 sizes:

1. Small fits most 3 through 6wt fly lines.
2. Medium fits most 3 through 10wt fly lines.
3. 100lb is for the big GT line weights.

The small and medium loops are very easy to use. Just slide the braid on to your fly line, add a drop of superglue at the base and slide the sleeve over it and you are done.
