Dear [FIRSTNAME]

This weekend marks a very special day for me and my family... my son Michael is serving in the Australian Defence Force and has recently returned from a tour of duty in Afghanistan. We are so very proud of him and are grateful that he has returned home safely. Let us remember the Diggers on Sunday – LEST WE FORGET.

FLY LINE REPAIR KIT

Have you ever been in the middle of a hot bite and had your fly line snapped or a loop torn off?
Did you have the necessary gear to quickly stick on a new loop to save the day?
Is cleaning your fly lines part of your regular maintenance of your fly gear? When we all seem to be so obsessed with just how far we can cast, had you realized just how much a dirty fly line handicaps your casting?

FLY FISHING TRAVEL

I love nothing more than to travel to somewhere new and exciting to fly fish. Over the past year I have been lucky enough to fish in some very awesome places.

Here are some trips that we have coming up – places are limited so contact us to register your interest!

Weipa – Cape York
29th May – 4th June 2010

The western side of Cape York rates as one of Australia’s premier saltwater fly fishing destinations. It is renowned for the anglers ability to catch multiple species on fly each week.  If you are new to saltwater fly fishing then this is the place for you. Being a live-aboard charter you are right there where the action is. Much of the fishing is sight-casting in clear, calm waters...

Kiritimati (Christmas) Island
10th – 18th August 2010

Bonefish is one species that all fly anglers will want to catch at some stage in their fly fishing career.

Christmas Island rates as one of the best bonefishing destinations in the world and is now easily accessible from Australia.  Not only is the fishing superb, but the guides also are world renowned for their fish spotting ability in all conditions.

After almost two years of being off-line to Aussie anglers, flights are resuming at the end of May 2010.

Our first hosted trip is from 10th-18th August 2010 – or contact us with your preferred dates and we will get you booked into a non-hosted trip.

Kuala Rompin – Malaysia
August/September 2010

Sailfish on Fly - arguably, the most exciting way to catch a Sailfish!

Kuala Rompin has an annual migration of Sailfish that has to be seen to be believed. There are only a handful of places in the world where the Sailfish congregate in such great numbers. Still relatively unknown, this is the ultimate destination to fulfil your dream of landing a Sailfish. The strike rate is comparable to and if not better than other hotspots around the world but it won’t cost you an arm and a leg.
